RETURN & REFUND PROTOCOL

1. THE WINDOW

Existence is temporary. So is our return window. Claims must be initiated within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time. Once this 24-hour cycle expires, the transaction is finalized and the entry is locked. No exceptions will be granted for late submissions.

2. ELIGIBILITY (EVIDENCE OF DEFECT)

Returns are not accepted for "change of mind" or sizing errors. A return is only triggered if the evidence (the product) is compromised. This includes:

  • Physical tears or structural damage to the fabric.
  • System glitches in the print (misprints or significant graphical errors).
  • Arrival of the incorrect item.

3. THE FILING PROCESS

To initiate a protocol reset, you must contact our central terminal via email:

You must include:

  1. Subject Line: Return Request - [Your Order Number]
  2. Visual Evidence: Clear, high-resolution photos of the defect.
  3. Description: A brief technical summary of the issue.

Our team will review the evidence. If the claim is verified, you will receive further instructions for the return.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, the refund sequence will begin.

  • Processing Time: Funds will be returned to the original payment source within 15 business days.
  • Finality: Once a refund is issued, the digital footprint of that transaction is erased.
