Once an order is placed and the payment is verified, the "Evidence" enters the processing phase. Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours of the drop window.

2. TRANSIT TIMELINE

The journey from our terminal to your location is estimated to take:

Note: Transit times are estimates. External factors in the logistics chain may occasionally delay arrival, but the destination remains fixed.

3. TRACKING THE EVIDENCE

Once your package has been handed over to our courier partners, a Tracking Link will be sent to your registered email. This allows you to witness the movement of your item in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

4. ADDRESS INTEGRITY

Ensure your delivery coordinates are accurate. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address data once the shipping label has been generated.
